A Spinal Injury Representation on an Image Section

What is a Chiropractor?

A chiropractor is a licensed healthcare professional trained to care for the neuromusculoskeletal system which makes up the bones, nerves, muscles, tendons and ligaments. A chiropractor focuses on the body’s ability to heal itself based on specific treatments. Spinal adjustments and realigning joints improve the functioning of other systems throughout the body.

What does a Chiropractor do?

At our office the chiropractor will examine you and perform some non-invasive testing to diagnose your injury. Sometimes further testing is needed such as an X-ray, MRI or MRI which all can be done in our location. You and the Chiropractor will discuss the injury and come up with a customized treatment plan based on your needs. The chiropractor is able to adjust your spine which will realign your body and take pressure off the cushion in your spinal disc. Once that pressure is relieved, nutrients and water are able to flow better creating a healing enviornment. The chiropractor is specially trained in non-invasive treatments to help the body heal itself. The power that makes the body heals the body!
